Edgars account Complain

I would like to complain about Edgars. I had an account with them and I finished to pay for my account. one day I went and buy something they told me that Im owing them I told them that I ve finished pay for my account long time ago and they did not send me even a statement or call me to tell me that I'm owing them. when they checked they found out that some one from Mpumalanga used my account while my card was with me they told me to go and make an affidavit I did that and submitted to them, but still they keep on calling me and tell me to come and pay which I'm not owing them anything
