Edgars account closure - IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!
I do not know for how many more years I will have to pay for something which I did not even had the luxury of buying a lollipop. I have closed my account in 2020 prior to the lockdown. During lockdown I have received numerous calls from VVM attorneys to pay my account. August 2020 I went into the Woodlands store to once again close my account. I had to pay R983 and then closed the account with all proof and paperwork, except my paid up letter which was suppose to be issued within 14-21 days after payment was done. Today 2022 I have received another call from VVM Attorneys. Edgars handed me over, again I owe them R500. What am I suppose to do? Pay yearly just not to be blacklisted? Please any advise?
