Edgars Account Closure - Annoying Telephone Calls

My Edgars account was paid in full & I had requested closure of my account on 2 separate occasions in store @ Pavilion . I also spoke to many ppl in the Accounts department which confirmed that this account is up to date and will be closed within 6 working days. Two months later - I still receive calls from Edgars call center indicating that there is a outstanding balance which is due.
