Edgars Account Closure

I Have Been Trying to Close my Edgars account since the Beginning of the year Jan'21 with no luck. I have Called several times and still my account is open and gaining interest and Fees. I have sent proof of payments and promises are made that the account will be closed once proof of payment is sent , still it is open and i do not know what to do. When you Call Edgars Head office no one answers? What do i have to do to close this Account?
