Edgars account closure

I phoned the call centre in October and requested for my account to be closed. I keep getting communication that my account is in arrears, can someone sort this out for me! I want that account closed immediately!! I should not be owing anything, I had settled the outstanding balance before requesting for the account to be closed. The call centre people are able to see on the system that I have requested for the account to be closed, but I'm being charged the monthly service fee. For what??
