Edgars Account Cancellation - Multiple Attempts

I have now cancelled by Edgars account and club membership 3 times and still receive a bill every month for the club fees. It is pathetic, ********* and ******* but once again I have noted that many people have the same problem and yet Edgars does not answer any one of the complaints.
