edgars account
Like many other customers of Edgars i have had the account for MANY years. As far as i am concerned Edgars cannot change the financial agreement between ourselves without written consent. I am on the 6 month interest free option - to which an e-mail was received confirming that this option would still be available. I also received an SMS stating that the 6 month interest free option is no longer available. RCS have exhorbitant interest fees and i will NOT be paying them.

04 Feb 2021, 09:01It seems that the Edgars/RCI group either does not know what its policies are or they just could not care less that they have, without consent, changed their terms and conditions.
Statements are no longer being received - since November 2020 - even though the statement address has not changed in years.
When, eventually, statements are received they have interest included in the statement.
The 6 month interest free account does not attract interest and as such this will not be paid.
I very much doubt that this comment will be viewed, much less attended to, as i note that quite a few other Edgars customers have similar issues that do not get attended to by Edgars/RCI
