Edgars Account - (Be Careful) Should you pass away, your family will battle to cancel!!!!

My mother sadly passed away on 20.12.2020. To date we still cannot close her Edgars account... Numerous communications have been sent/ call center discussions and now we have received a debt outstanding notification from attorneys. Even though she had life cover and this amount was said to be confirmed to be written off by call centres and the Walmer Park store, my dad must endure receiving these legal notices in his post box. It really stresses him out, nobody seems to care. I will never step foot in another Edgars store EVER! My personal account is now cancelled and paid up. No empathy, just push over onto RCS and they dont respond either. Shame on you Edgars.
