Edgars account balance doesn't decrease

I have been paying my Edgars account but my balance is still the same it doesn't decrease ,i dont skip my payments i called customer services they told me they will cancel club on my account n policies which i didn't apply for them but still the same my balance when ever i pay it stays the same.And i want to finish this account and close it.im so frustrated i just dont know what to do anymore.
