Edgars account

I have been a loyal Edgar's account since 19991 and paying with out fail. I have since Edgar's is going down been receiving account for VIP club and insurance which I do not know about at the moment I do not owe them except the claim by them that I owe VIP and insurance. I have for many time tried to communicate this to them but instate I get a threatening e mail to report me to the credit bureau. I have told them to go ahead. On further discussing with my colleagues they told me they have the same problem with Edgar's as mine. I repeat I will not pay them finish and klaar.
