Edgars Account and Statements a COMPLETE MESS

Shocking experience with Edgars 😡😡😡. Does anybody know what is happening with their accounts and statements?? I have been paying the outstanding amount due on my account purchases, plus extra EVERY month. All of a sudden I am in arrears. I paid the so called arrear amount as I discussed with the call centre agent on 9 June. I have subsequently been receiving SMS’s asking where my payment is. Can SOMEBODY tell me what the hell is going on?? If I don’t receive statements any longer and I receive an sms to tell me the amount due - there is clearly a huge gap somewhere. What is the point of paying extra every month and now being harassed with their pathetic SMS’s.
