Edgar's account

I would like to express my distress with this company service. I was hijacked in January 2020 and they took my card and I informed edgars. I also signed a form to close the account however I didn't get help. Someone took stuff and subscribed for airtime and I reported this with edgars again yet nothing happened.

In February 2021 I decided to payoff whatever balance though I was not the one who took the clothes just to have peace.

After payment I also informed edgars that I want to close the account and also went to their stores with no help cos their system was off. Now I am getting collection calls for R821 for***.

But why is this account still opened and incurring charges
