The most useless, unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with. My account fee increased with benefits I never agreed to, and after having enough, tried to cancel this account. But guess what, there is only one number you can dial, and that number keeps going back to the call centre who are unable to assist you. They should be ashamed of the why they are dealing with clients, and the nr of bad reviews on here support that.
