I have been part of Edgars for many years- on a 6 month interest free plan. Purchases are being put on " budget" and interest is charged on all my statements? the other plans I have via Edgars is also being thrown under budget

You phone Edgars and get transferred from one to the other and just stay on he phone the whole time! Is this how you ***** from all your customers?
