Edgars a ripoff, **************** and unfair treatment of client

I have been trying to get hold of Edgars as my account is in arrears with an incorrect balance. I have written on hellopeter previously. I have their receipts to prove this instead I am being ignored repeatedly and their call centre's harass me for payment instead. But their customer care call centre doesn't work, or their email facility to query there is never a response. Is this how Edcon operates when they have a shortage of funds to sustain themselves they turn to to rob customers ? No explanation or assistance from them whatsoever , may they close business for good
