Edgars a bunch of *******!

I have been to the Edgars branch as well as sent two emails , still no response received. Things have gotten from bad to worse with the take over. I returned two items and my account was not credited. luckily i checked my account as previously one would take it for granted that the funds will be credited back into the account. Edgars still expects me to pay a full instalment yet they have not fixed my account. Both the branch and call centre staff have no knowledge as to what is happening and how things operate. I have been with Edgars for years and to receive such service is pathetic.
