I had the worst experience ever at the Edgar's Mall of the South Branch,I did a Laybye with them in October and went to pay it out on the 5th of December,I exchanged a few items and was left with 180 change which I wanted to use and purchase a pair of jeans for my daughter at another retailer since they did not have her size,I was told I won't get my money as their exchange policy is 30 days,mind you I didn't have the laybye in my possession all along and I had just paid for it at that time,their slips doesn't have a laybye policy and they choose to rip us off in this manner,I was told to lay a complaint and when I called I was told the complaint line is down and I should send n email,this is the worst experience ever!!!!
