Edgars 600/1200 Vouchers.

I recieved an sms on the 16th of November saying: 600 Edgars Voucher up for grabs! Spend 600 or more til 25 Nov and get 600 back to use on your next purchase of 600 or more. Swipe card ...503547. T&C https://bit.ly/2Epwp0n. STOP optsout.

Then i clicked on the link to go through the T&Cs. Then on the link it said : R600 off offer R600 off offer

Only thank U cardholders who spend R600 or more on regular priced merchandise during the campaign period of 16 - 25 November 2018 will qualify for this discount voucher. I went to Edgars Clearwater and showed both the sms and the T&C to the staff members that confirmed that i can either spend 600 and i will get 600 voucher or i should spend 1200 and i will get 1200 voucher back. I confirmed with about 4 staff members at the store.

I spent 1200 and on the 30th of November i received an sms saying that i have 600 to spend. I called Edcon customer care to find out how come i received 600 instead of 1200, yet i did not buy anything on promotion. Then the gentleman that assisted me said that i was given 600 not 1200 because the sms that i received said 600, i told him that when i opened the T&Cs it shows 600 or 1200 and i confirmed with staff members at the store. He said that i was given 600 hence i received a voucher of 600. He did give a satisfying answer as to why the link shows 600 or 1200. He also said that "I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER COMPLAINING", i do not know what this was supposed to mean.

I am not happy with this, the T&Cs should have details of 600 since that is what was given to me to spend, it should not have included the 1200 if that was not given to me.
