I have been their client since 2006, I have never had issues to pay them, I have been struggling recently due to covid to pay them, I called them and explained that I am working on the commission structure and since this COVID-19 started I am earning less, I made arrengments with them to pay every month and they agreed, I have been keeping my side of the deal to my surprise when I was called by debt collectors to tell me that my account was handed over to them, I contacted Edgar's and spoke to the lady by the name of Ravita who told me that they have a right to hand over my account, she had such an attitude ne, I asked what was a point to make arrengments with u then, she said there was no point, I now hate to owe them, I wish I had the money to settle this account so that I don't deal with them anymore.
