Edgars 3rd time being charged interest

Good day,

For January 2022 statement that I have received I have been charged interest again.

This is the 3rd time that Edgars has corrected this but a few months down the line I start get charged interest again? Why?

Why am i still getting charged interest if i have a 6 month interest free account.

R19.90 interest charged on a 6 month interest free account. Please correct this and reverse this charge.

Please correct this and reverse the interest.
