Herewith I send you this e mail. Regarding the above.. Edgars ref ********** 1600/GO This is regarding my tel number that I have for several years now, as a prepaid Vodacom number....and that you RMCS.. is telling me that I have an account on this number..and getting R 55 / month airtime, that I dont have as I don't have any accounts WHATSOEVER..!!.. I want to port from vodacom to cell c..but you are keeping a hold on my porting.. On the 14Nov 2018, Edgars did call you and you said that it will be resolved within 24 ,to ,48 ,hours..that is by far overdue..and not one person from RMCS did even try to contact me.. I want this resolved today!!! And I want the ID and the address of the person that is getting this R55/ ,month..and an explanation of how this can happen with my number.. And furthermore I m going to send you a bill for all the time I fid in traveling and calls..trying to get this resolved.. At this stage it is coming to an amount of R 3870.00 And I will be posting this on hellopeter, f book etc..
