Good day Below is the letter that i send to ********** They responded with a request that i send 1) Proof of sequestration 2)Proof of adress And proof of rehabilitation because this account has apparently been handed over to NSC DEPT COLLECTORS and i was advised to take the matter up with them. Witch i did, i send them them all the documents accept for proof of rehabilitation, wich i don't have. In respond they advised me to give them 20 working days to clear up the matter.

This amount if R6118 is still reflecting on the cr burea as arrears, and has not been resolved. Can you please assist me in this matter.

********** ********** 73671 from my credit record. The negative amount reflecting on the credit bureau must be cleared asap, as this account was included in my sequestration in 2012. Attached find the proof of this. I have requested assistants on numerous occasions, without success. I will send this same letter with attachments to "helo-peter" and the Ombudsmen if i do not get results following this letter within 3 working days. Thank you PP VERMAAK
