Edgars

After our first lock down, I lost my job on 25 June 2020. I advised Edgars that I will be claiming on my policy due to the fact and e-mailed all required documents like my UIF application as well as a letter from my employer. After a while Edgars sends me a message requiring me to fill out an affidavit to that effect. I am flabbergasted by the response made by Edgars, as if the letter from my employer and details from the department of labour are not enough to show my status as being unemployed now. The risks of contracting c19 keeps growing and Edgars expects us to now go to the police station as well. Totally unbelievable and unacceptable!
