Paying account R500 for months but balance still R8100. I expected the balance to be less than R5000 but NO its still R8000. Called customer Service and i asked the lady to check from sept last year, account was R8500 and April balabce is R8100 and paying monthly installments of R500. I was so suprised from September 2020 to April 2021 the difference is R400 when monthly installment is R500. EDGARS please please STOP *****ing innocent people, paying account every month but still balance is high. I went twice to your store to cancel cellphone insurance last year Jan but still you are deducting and please reverse insurance money. Pleaee correct what you are doing this not fair at all.
