Edgards Western Cape - Fradulent purchases

Fradulent purchases have heppend on the below stores under my personal details.

1. Edgards - Zevenwacht (Store 0696) 2. Jet Zevenwatch (store 4457) 3. Edgards - TableView (Store 2840)

Fradulent purchases took place on the above mentioned stores. On the date 04/10/2018. Amounting betwen R27.97 - R2 599.90. I have followed the dispute procedures, but nothing has been made. The necessary documents has been forwarded to ***** & Dispute unit. I seek to duspite the whole amount. Fradulent account number opened on my name: ********** ********** 71059. Account opened on 03/10/2018.

The above stated stores have the CCTV over the cash counter. The receipt can be printed out, detailing the exact time. Which the CCTV can locate.
