Edgards store card: **************** and getting away with it

If I could rate 0 stars I would.

These people are *******. I cancelled my edgars account in July this year and they simply ignored this request and kept adding monthly fees and then interest to these monthly fees. (even after confirming via email in August that the account has been cancelled and the fees added after cancelling will be reversed) After numerous complaints via email and phone, this is still not sorted out and I am expected to now pay them R 264.97.

It is really not worth having an edgars account and I would advise anyone to not make use of this. They take advantage of anyone they can and will add any amounts they wish and then expect you to pay this - or else they will list you as a bad payer.

I cannot understand how nothing is done about this and how they get away with this. Utterly disgusted!
