So I requested a settlement amount telephonic ally and went in store and the same settlement balance was given, I settled the account since Edgars is now ******** us after RCS took over, I was on interest free option and they added interst without any notice, Balance is Stagnant since last year but I pay everymonth and I decided not to complain an accept that they ****med me, I prooceed to pay off the account R5171. 49 I cancelled all insurances linked to the account and requested a letter, and to date no letter was received, they said I will receive and sms and then boom 3 days letter instead on a letter I decide to call and there is close to R200. 00 balance again!!!!
