Edgards reporting missed payments on CLOSED ACCOUNT

I close my account in Jan 2021. I received email that is account is closed with R0 balance. Big my surprise when I got a notification on Experian credit bureau that I MISSED a payment in APRIL and the account shows open again.

Edgars call centre is what can be at best described as a 30 minute lesson in music appreciation. After I gave then my ID , I just get to listen to music and then they drop the call!!

Now I sit with "missed payments" on my credit record and Edgards is not willing to help.

Eventually when somebody answered I was told I owe service fees for Feb and March - but ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED IN JANUARY!! Really ??
