Edgards RCS

You guys are ******* !! I am being sent from pillar to post from over 10 different people trying to help me resolve my issue it’s almost 1 year but the problem is still not sorted out ! I have called for hours, emailed and did everything I could with both Edgards and RCS directly but there is absolutely no one to help. My money has not been returned for almost 1 year and the service is disgusting ! RCS Taking over edgards is the worst mistake you guys made because all loyal customers will be lost ! After writing many previous reviews I still have not gotten any help !
