Edgards Mall @ Reds treating regular customer like a ********!
I've never felt so belittled in my life! Edgards Mall @ Reds refused to accept my exchange of a top that doesn't fit me for a size bigger. According to them and by the deodorant marks on the top (obviously there would be white marks, I've fitted something that is way to small for me) they are assuming that I wore it and now they are making me feel like some sort of ******** trying to get a bigger size for something I PAID FOR! This is ridiculous and to make it worse, the rude "store manager" doesn't accept my explanation for why there are marks on the top and keeps on treating me like I am doing something *******! I regularly shop at Edgards Mall @ Reds but they will NEVER get my business again! Shame on you Edgards for even allowing someone to treat a regular customer the way I was treated today!

As per our terms and conditions the merchandise must be unworn and still in its original condition and this is the reason for the store refusing to exchange the garment as it will be a write off because nobody would want to purchase it .
