Edgards are *******ed

Marius from RCS promise he will assist with the closure of my Edgards account. Edgards refuse to close the Account. I have paid them in full, and they keep on saying that I own them money, RCS refused to allocate the payment to my account that this account can be closed. Edgards and RCS are more *******ed than before. As long as the account is open they add charges to the account. but the account was fully paid a month ago, If you call them they refuses to assist, they do not all you, Kelly from RCS never return your emails.....
