Edgards and RCS is taking my money for nothing

I settled my Edgards account in 2022 where I asked to close it. In March 2023 I got a letter of demand that I owe them suddenly for a some subscription. I asked to send it to me the details as I still not get. Have no idea what it is. I paid the FULL amount and phoned them to close my account. Now I receive again a payment of something. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET CLOSE AND MAKE SURE THEY OUT OF MY LIFE???

Loved to use Edgars the stores are great, but since they moved to RCS they are useless

I will stop buying from them because I pay for something I still don't now why
