Edgards and its attorneys

Edgars is the most unprofessional retail store as well as its attorneys (Normans). I requested a paid up letter the 25the October and still haven't received anything. I spoke to katlego,shakirah,Kinsley,***meedah and Abdul and all of them dropped the call in my ear and never assisted me. I want nothing to do with them I just need a paid up letter. They say I must hold while they email the document to me and then just drops the call.
