Edgards adds fees to your account without your concent, then hands you over if you dont pay

<p>Every year I get an SMS from Edgars telling me that I owe them money. When I call in they tell me it is the Edgars Club fee. Then I tell them that I had that fee removed the year prior, and on who's concent was it added back ? Then they remove the Club fee from my account and fixes my balance. This year they did the same except they handed me over to some arogant BBBEE appointed lowlives, that all of a sudden becomes my headache and my problem to sort out.</p>
