Edgards Accounts - Horrible!

Poor service! We have been trying to cancel my mother's Edgards account since March 2022 and have been on the phone with call centers and have had various communications with Edgards with absolutely no resolution. Now the legal department is calling every day for collections after the outstanding amount was paid and the proof of payment was e-mailed to them. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence and people not willing to assist you. Absolutely horrified and will never support them again!
