Edgards account paid up 2 years ago and my name still not cleared up.

Good day hellopeter, Kindly please assist. I have paid up my Edgars debt on the 31/08/2020 to the debt colletcor/lawyers Brooks and Lyts. To date I am still listed on itc credit bureau that the account is not paid. Every 6 months even today I receiving calls from different lawyers that I am still owing Edgars. MDB has called me now that the account is still outstanding. I am now exhausted to sent out the paid up letter and proof of payment that I have received from Brooks and Lyts . I really do not know what to do anymore. What happened to the monies that I have paid. How can one settle the account and still not being cleared up after a period or 2 years?
