Edgard ruining my credit record

I have been a Edgars customer for ages, last month I got a bit confused with the statements that are forever changing and paid R300 instead of the R464, but I did pay the R164 on the 10th of December. Now I have missed payment on my credit record, so my ask is what payment was not made? Or the R164 is the missed payment? My email is not answered, when I try call is machines all the to Timbuktu.
