Edgard Accounts - new company- useless

I just received a call for a payment reminder by the end of November. I paid two times my installment due in this week ( October) however the consultant Quanella advises that was for last month, I still need to pay for November??? Is this the type of of service we can be expecting from this "new" company that is now dealing with our accounts, if that is the case, I will rather pay up and close this account ASAP
