Edgara day light robery

My oder number ********** 10. I ordered 4 items at Edgars online, and one item was cancelled (order out of stock). The most Humiliating thing is that, Edgar's refunded me R20 intate of R120 I paid for the item, I went in store and use the phone to intact them, every time they ask for order number and give an excuse of they need to login on another system, and then phone goes off... CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS THIS CALLED? I feel like I've been ****** big time. I want my money back please refund me.
