Edgar's headache

Edgar's has been phoning me for months saying that I owe them money. I am one hundred percent sure that i do not owe them money and 2 of their consultants told me that it's a fault on their side. But the calls persisted after that. <br> Today I got a letter from Accenture Services. Debt collectors saying that my credit record is now tarnished. I also emailed every Edcon address I could find online. No response. How is this ever going to be resolved.
