EDCON'S TERRIBLE SERVICE

I thought I had paid the full amount to Edgars and closed the account. When I recently wanted to apply for a cellphone contract I was told I am blacklisted by Edgars, I went there and was told I owe the the store a mere R40. O0 that I never received any notification about from the store. I paid it and demanded that they should update my details with ITC and send me a confirmation letter to that end. I was promised a response in 48 hours and that was on 8 July...I wonder if it is the fact that I gave them a zero in their review for bad customer service, now this is a reprisal. PR Hlayise.
