EDCON/RCS - what a waste

Never have i ever experienced such pathetic, useless rude people before. it has been three months now I am trying to get the people at the head office to help me sort out my account and no one seems to know anything. They themselves promise to call you back, get someone to call you back but no one bothers to. I hold on for hours on end only to have people come onto the phone to scream at you, threaten you but they cant calculate how a statement works out. they have many times promised to call back but they never do. Aristia Parties, Simphiwe, Riaaz (who refused to give me his surname) who worked me up so much that he eventually had the audacity to tell me that he had a very good day and refused to let me speak to his supervisor. Raees Shauna who just obviously just listened one month later i still have not heard anything. i have sent emails to Edcon, Edgars and RCS and no-one bothers to reply. So customer service means nothing to the Edcon group, its no wonder they are losing customers. i think i will be closing my account, i dont have time to waste on a useless company when i pick up the exact same merchandises at Woolworths, Foschini and Truworths. and that too i will get helped with a smile.
