EDCON worst service
I had an issue linking my ThankU card to my internet profile. I sent a mail to Edgars/Edcon [Email Removed] to assit with this issue, but 10 days later no response or call regarding the issue. I resent the mail and also contacted them to assist with the issue. After spending 30 min on the phone, numerous calls (no joy) and a lot of aggravation, the issue was still not sorted. Why have a call centre when no one can help you? Or cant even bother getting the right department to contact you back. Horrible service!
