Edcon want to claim my brothers disbility grant
I received a call from VVM debt collections regarding my brothers edgars account - I have emailed VVM twice with doctors reports which stipulate my brother has been left brain damaged and quadriplegic after a car accident last year June.<br> VVM demands to know who curates my brothers finances, this is their business how?? and states that EDCON will pursue with their demands because my brother should be getting a disability grant.<br> Firstly, my brother cannot even speak, will never be able to care for himself and he is a 33yr old man! WHO IS EDCON TO DEMAND THEY WILL CLAIM FROM HIS DISABILITY GRANT?! he does not even receive one! and even if he did, no standing law will allow EDCON to claim it as it would be used to care for him!! HE IS QUADRIPLEGIC! A DISABILITY GRANT WOULD BE ALLOCATED TO HELPING WITH THE EXPENSES OF HIS TREATMENTS!! I am disgusted and shocked at how SICK this is coming from a large group such as EDCON! no compassion for this man or the strain his family has been put under trying to care for him! no they dont give a hoot! they will just take whatever funds they can! EDGARS AND EDCON YOU PEOPLE ARE APPALLING!!
