Edcon, useless and pathetic company.

I have an account protection plan which is charged to my Edgars account, when I was retrenched, Edgars refused to settle my account. This is how they sold the policy to me, so I just carried on paying, but for the last 3 years I have been trying to cancel this policy and all emails are being ignored. My phone calls are cut off and I am paying for a monthly premium that I haven't wanted for almost a decade now. They are quick to sell you something but refuse to help you when you need to cancel or make use of that policy, be warned, do not commit yourself to anything that Edcon is selling. Just a bunch of ****s.
