Edcon *****ing from customers
Please read As Edcon is under business rescue the company is stooping to disgusting lengths to ***** money from customers.I have an account and my balance was around R500 now I find it is over R900 and when I emailed them they reply by saying it was airtime purchases during the lockdown and past but that service was disabled before lockdown.we know you require funds Edcon but *****ing from loyal customers is disgusting. Please view your account balance from before lockdown to now as these *****s are making a mockery of customers.

You state I have purchased airtime for the months of April and May which is impossible because the country was on a national lockdown and the feature to buy airtime ota was disabled. It's commen sence and please remove those charges from my account immediately.
