Edcon staff are the worst!

I received an SMS today to inform me that as a valued customers that you want to assure me that all your stores are open and trading so I went to Promenade in Mitchells Plain and got there before closing time. Me sister and I got a few items for my father but we were literally chased out of the store by the cashier( Hendricks Hendricks *** on the receipt). We were looking for clothing for a family funeral that we will be attending tomorrow and the cashier came over to " assist us" but everything we looked at she was rushing us and basically forcing us to take whatever was on the shelf. She kept telling us that " the store is closing now you must go pay" and kept on asking how we will be paying if it will be by cash or on account. This is already such a difficult time for us and for Edcon group but today's experience has just confirmed why Edcon group finds itself in this situation of closing down. Your staff is the biggest problem. I am almost sure you could do with a few more sales right now so why chase customers out of the shop? I am so disgusted by today's experience that I cant even find the words to express my total disappointment.
