Edcon Provident Fund

I joined the company in February 2020 and resigned end July 2020. I did all requested admin required from the company for the resignation. I queried my provident fund withdrawal on the 17th of September and was told I would receive an update on progress by the 10th of October of which I have received nothing. I have sent numerous emails regarding this with no response. It's also very difficult as I am unable to contact a number specifically either. The Edcon building has closed down but they should still provide employees with some kind of communication regarding important matters as such.
