Edcon poor to worse customer care

Up to date I did not get any answers from Edcon and when I went into Jet and ask for a statement they are or offline or there is nobody to assist. I wrote to them many time nobody is responding. Poor Poor service. See the message to Edcon. On the 7th of December, I returned denim short for R220.00 and a t-shirt for R180 at Naboomspruit Jet store. The system was offline the lady that helped me refused to give me the proof for returns. Can you please send me a statement to see if it does show? on the latest statement, please.
