Edcon online shopping is a ****

Edgar's online shopping is a **** people. Do not do it! I ordered something online that cost me R2000, they gave me an order and tracking number and assured me it would be delivered within 6 working days. It's been exactly 8 working days and I still haven't received my parcel. When I call them they say it should have been delivered 2 days ago and on their system the order has been shipped.

The tracking number they gave me does not work, customer care is not helping me. This was supposed to be a birthday present and today is the person's birthday, no present to for me to give. I saved up this money for so long to just lose it like that.

I urge people to never use Edgar's online services, I'm getting no assistance and nobody can tell me where my parcel is. I am so disappointed in Edcon stores online services.
